• Contains graphic violence, gore, or terrorist/extremist content;
• Violates the laws or regulations of your country or region;
• Infringes on intellectual property rights or violates the privacy of others.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and, if necessary, reporting to relevant authorities.

Kusapics is committed to ensuring our AI generation tools are used safely and responsibly. We have established the following policies to prevent abuse and provide a clear framework for content moderation.

a. Platform Controls and Safeguards

Our services are equipped with internal controls and automated filtering mechanisms designed to prevent the generation of content that violates our terms. These safeguards apply to all AI-generated content and are part of our core operational process to mitigate the creation of harmful or prohibited material.

b. Auditing and Review Mechanism

We conduct continuous internal monitoring and periodic audits of our AI models and services. This ongoing review process allows us to refine our safety features, address potential vulnerabilities, and ensure our tools align with our acceptable use policies.

c. User Reporting Channel and Processing

We provide a clear and accessible channel for users to report any concerns regarding the misuse of our service or content that may violate our policies.

• Reporting Channel: Since our platform does not currently feature public content sharing, the designated channel for reporting is via a dedicated email address. Please send all reports to: support@kusa.pics.
• Processing Commitment: We are committed to reviewing all user reports. Upon receipt of a report, we will investigate the matter and provide feedback on the resolution as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

You, whether a legal or physical entity, retain all rights and ownership of your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your Content. Unless you agree and KusaPics agrees specifically to transfer your ownership to KusaPics.

You retain ownership of the content you generate. However, the privacy and display rights are determined by your service tier:

• Non-Subscriber Users: Content generated by non-subscribers is public by default, and Kusapics may display it in our official website gallery in the future.
• Subscriber Users (Plus, Premium): Content generated by subscribers can be kept private at their discretion, and Kusapics will not display it in our official website gallery without permission.

8. Services, Subscriptions, and Credits

a. Free Services

Users of our Free Service receive a limited number of daily credits for personal, non-commercial use. Images generated under this tier may include a watermark.

b. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are recurring paid plans that are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. They provide users with a monthly allowance of credits and access to premium features, such as watermark-free image generation and eligibility for a commercial use license.

c. Credit Packs

Credit Packs are available for one-time purchase. They can be used to supplement monthly subscription credits or for use by non-subscribers. Credits purchased via Credit Packs do not expire.

d. Refund Policy

Payments for Subscriptions and Credit Packs are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

Kusapics may offer features allowing users to publish or share images within our platform or externally. In the future, Kusapics may introduce additional paid features or community interaction tools.

By using our sharing or publishing tools, you grant Kusapics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or host your content within the community areas of our platform.
